Mali does marshmallows! Thirteen flavors, like passion fruit, green tea and elderflower, are made with the fresh purée of the namesake ingredient. They even have chardonnay, champagne and beer flavors. Mali sources their ingredients locally, so flavors will change with the seasons.

These frozen delights are made of only three ingredients: fruit, water and a touch of organic cane sugar. Even the popular dark chocolate flavor is made from cacao fruit. The new tangerine flavor, the first citrus soft serve, will be launched Memorial Day weekend.

This summer, Anke gets her own stand at the Amagansett farmer’s market stand to sell her healthy treats. New goodies like chocolate raspberry muffins and the carrot, zucchini and sweet potato breakfast loaf are still made with no refined sugars or refined flour.

Mali B Sweets has created a chocolate bar especially for Sagaponack winery. The new Wolffer chocolates will be made with their own Merlot. For a savory snack, try the jellies, sauces and chutney, also made with their wine.

How could Tate’s chocolate chip cookies possibly get any better? Add Joe & Liza’s ice cream! The Hamptons’ own ice cream sandwich creation will be sold exclusively at Tate’s Bake Shop.

New additions, like Arnold Palmer slushies and Stumptown iced coffee, will join the classic compost cookie and crack pie on the limited menu. The seasonal “make-shift” bar will be next to Cynthia Rowley.
