Melissa is your go-to girl with great advice and taste for where to buy, what to do, who to contact. She knows the gift idea, the best new beauty products, the latest fashion trends. And she loves to share—so, she opened her little black book and started writing about her finds to family and friends through emails she called “AskMelissa.” Melissa soon became recognized in New York as a lifestyle expert. Word spread, and suddenly her hobby was a business. To expand nationally, Melissa launched PageDaily, an online magazine where you can shop.
Melissa is the Founder and Chief Creative Officer of PageDaily. She is a tastemaker who curates the website and shares her hand-picked discoveries through emails, articles, blogs, videos, social media and television. PageDaily is also filled with celebrity and expert tips, tricks, and product picks. All items featured can be purchased instantly.
Melissa appears on television as a lifestyle contributor for NBC’s Today Show and Weekend Today in New York, LXTV, Better.TV, FoxNews, Fox’s Good Day New York and ABC News Now, where she dishes her gift guides and product reviews, hosts how-to videos, and shares on and off the red carpet celebrity interviews. Melissa has also been a guest on Sirius XM’s “Fun, Fearless, Female” channel, Cosmo Radio.
Melissa is a curator for OpenSky, an expert for TheGift.com and a Loehmann’s Style Expert Blogger. She is also a frequent contributor to several other publications including People StyleWatch and Hamptons Magazine.
In a former life, Melissa was an Associate Director in Marketing at Bear Stearns, where she planned special events and conferences for ten years.
An avid health enthusiast, Melissa enjoys playing tennis, horseback riding, biking, skiing and yoga. She is also active with Food Allergy Initiative. She currently lives in New York City with her understanding husband, two amazing children and their shih tzu, Cinnamon.
Louis Kanganis, Chief Executive Officer
Louis has held C-level positions for a number of startups in the online media, ecommerce and systems/software industries for which he has raised in excess of $15M of seed and growth capital. In 2001 he founded and then served as CEO for Spring Street Networks, a VC-backed provider of private-label online personals solutions for a network of more than 200 media companies including AOL, Primedia, Hearst Newspapers, RealNetworks, and others. With a database of over 3 million registered members, Spring Street was sold to a competitor in 2005.
Louis also has over ten years of experience in the securities industry as an analyst, portfolio manager and private investor for PaineWebber, Schroders PLC, and Steinhardt Partners, among others. During that time, he had direct P&L responsibility for assets in excess of $400 million. His primary investment focus was on the technology, internet, media, and cable sectors.
Louis has an MBA in Finance from Columbia University and a BA in Geophysics from Columbia College. His deep involvement with technology started during his college years, when he worked as a FORTRAN programmer for the Goddard Institute of Space Studies, a NASA climate research facility.
Caitlin Osborne, Editorial & Executive Assistant
Caitlin is a lover of all things fabulous be it beauty, fashion or food. A University of Maryland grad and former sorority girl, Caitlin was always dishing advice to her college friends when they needed to know what to wear, where to eat or how to shape their eyebrows. Growing up, her dream was to work at a magazine but the internet made it possible to combine her passion for writing and editing with her online shopping habits. She interned for Christian Siriano’s accessories e-commerce website, Send the Trend, where she styled product shoots and wrote for their blog. Caitlin has a flair for covering the latest trends in make-up, style, and living. Enter PageDaily, where editorial meets e-commerce. Caitlin is fluent in Spanish and conversational in Italian and French. She studied a semester in Spain and enjoys spending time in Italy. Caitlin practices yoga and ballet whenever she’s not on her Macbook.
Michael Meyers, Chairman
Michael Meyers is currently the CEO & CIO of Arcoda Capital Management. Having spent 20 years in healthcare, he was managing partner and healthcare portfolio manager with Trivium Capital Management; partner and portfolio manager with GoldenTree Asset Management; and managing director and founding partner of Global Biomedical Partners. He has also served on the board of directors of five healthcare companies. Michael holds an M.P.H. in Health Policy and Management from Columbia University and an A.B. in Biology from Brandeis University.
Robert Davidman, Director
Robert Davidman is Chairman & CEO of Earthquake Media, a leading marketing agency helping clients initiate cross-media promotion and communications. With over 15 years of integrated-media experience, Robert focuses on media, corporate strategy development, and marketing planning and strategy geared to new business models in the new economy. Robert has developed strategies for companies including Sunshine Wireless Communications, Broadcast.com, and Yahoo.
Bradley C. Harrison, Advisory Board
Bradley C. Harrison is an entrepreneur and business development executive with a passion for technology, media, entertainment, and lifestyle. Brad worked for AOL in business affairs and development, co-authoring 3 patents related to search, geo-tagging, and personalization. He then helped raise $40 million in venture funding for a contextual online advertising network. Prior to his business career, Brad served five years in the United States Army, retiring as a Captain. He resides in New York City with his wife, Angie, and two children.

She may be afraid of thunder and an all-around attention seeker, but she can sure have whatever she wants living a life surrounded by fashionistas.
