LOVE Jay’s clothes…SO feminine and fit very well
Since color is big for spring/summer, probabley use yellow or orange accents in shoes and jewelry w/ a nude handbag.
GREAT DRESS!
Love it! Definitely would wear with a belt like above. Would wear it on a summer night out with the girls!
I would find long white or nude gloves of the same material with a few sequins to add a bit of sparkle, and switch the belt for a skinny patent leather skin colored or nude belt matched with nude ankle boots… and nude stockings with small lace print on them… I am a prof. painter and have a solo exhibition coming in the next two months in Los Angeles and would wear it there… at the opening of the solo , gallery event..
and add a small glitter hand pouch to go with..
This would be the perfect dress for my wedding rehearsal! Surprisingly it looks extremely similar to a dress that my grandmother wore when she was my age. (i have a photograph of her in it that is hung in my parents home, it’s their favorite photo) My grandmother died of breast cancer and i never was able to meet her, however family members always tell me i am just like her. It would be perfect to wear this dress to honor my grandmother’s memory and beautiful sense of style!
I’m going through a really messy divorce at the moment. I’d wear this dress when I can finally beat my ex in court and move on with my life! How I can’t wait… I’d certainly like to wear it to a night on the town with my girlfriends – one of the fantasies I allow myself now anyway!
Love it!
I would definitely put a belt with it similar to what’s on it now! Some great earrings and bracelets. Some awesome heels… maybe some tights, if during the winter!
I would wear the dress to a fancy restaurant or a party with friends.
I’d wear Jau Godfrey’s winter white dress with Jimmy Choo ‘Glint’ bootie in black, accented with Anthropologie Unassuming tights in Dark grey (NYC has been having a cold winter). For jewelry, I’d wear a Cara Flower bib necklace, House of Harlow 1960 Drop earrings in gunmetal & Emma Cassi Black Cuff bracelet. I’d carry a black Temperley London Golden Echo Pouch to have an anniversary dinner with my husband at Jean George’s Perry Street restaurant in the end of February.
I’d wear this Jay Godfrey dress with a wide waste cotton hot pink tie belt and taupe wedge ankle bootie sandals, mixed gold and bright colored (pink, blue, yellow) bangle bracelets, multicolored jewel chandelier earrings nude lips soft pink cheeks. I’d wear this in springtime going to my nephew’s 1st birthday party at a local restaurant.
This dress would look great on my blond petite daughter. She just graduated from college and passed her CPA exam and is working in NYC… She would look great wearing it with big glitzy earrings and a bangle bracelet. She loves to wear dresses make her look professional for work and then be able to wear it for a night out on the town with friends. This dress fits the bill perfectly! I would pair it with a thinner black patent leather belt and black strappy sandals. I love black and white…
Since I live in the East Coast, I would rock this “winter white” dress with some super opaque black tights, my Miss Sixty chunky high heel booties, black OU leather jacket, and put a black fur vest over that. For jewelry, I would pair a sparkly and chunky gem/chain bracelet in a cool mixed metal combo (think Fenton-Fallon) and pyramid studs. Hair would be sleek and straight, a shimmery smoky eye and a sophisticated red lip (MAC Russian Red is my fave).
I’s have fun with this dress- I think I’d wear it with my rose gold metallic Dolce Vita pumps out on the town with my husband.
I would substitute a gold belt and wear it with gold sandals. Hair in a partial updo for a more “Grecian” look.
I love the feminity of this dress. I would wear it to dinner in East Hampton with strappy gold sandals and a thin gold chain belt. I would accent with long, gold, dangle chain earrings.
I love the black belt and would add black strappy sandals…..and that’s it! Perfect the way it is….for a summer evening out.
sandals and bangles!
and would wear it on a nice stroll along the boardwalk, people watching, taking in the scenery, and enjoying the outdoors.
This dress is so lovely…I would wear it with a thin belt and a pair of Jimmy Choo sandals, a stack of bangles, and some hoop earrings for a girls’ night out!
I would style this dress with nude Kors wedges, a thick nude belt, Prada nude handbag, turquoise bead necklace mixed together with a long pearl necklace wrapped three times, Chan Lu turquoise wrap bracelet, and simple Ted Muehling silver earrings. I love white and would wear it to dinner or a fabulous Houston event!
this dress is an absolute classic! i can imagine three different looks for this dress:
1. for work – pair it with a black blazer, a black handbag, and black ankle booties for a twist to the dress-and-suit outfit
2. for dinner with girl friends or significant other- wear it with a funky shoe like a camilla skovgaard stiletto pump with a saw bottom. add a small gold necklace to complete the look.
3. for family day out – take a prada-inspired nude bag, oversized black sunglasses, and ysl’s tribute black leather sandals for a sharp look. perfect for a fancy brunch with the mom and dad and siblings!
I would pair this with some long dangling earrings and a cute red clutch and gold shoes. I would wear this clubbing
I’m already thinking Valentine’s Day! I’d accessorize this beautiful dress with the most amazing Tory Burch red-and-gold suede pumps I’ve been ogling, a gold chain-link belt, and a vintage red clutch bag. And of course I’d wear this perfect outfit to dinner with my Valentine!
I love the belt on there & also she should have some fun bracelet – bangles on one arm! It will be so cute!
I would dazzle it with gold accessories and and browm shoes and i would wear it on a lunch date
Rather… This is how I would style it. Check out my Polyvore set.

I wore style this with a coral statement necklace. I would use a multicolor beaded belt that has coral in it and cinches around the waist. Raffia heels with some beaded embellishment and hanging turquoise earrings. Hair wavy and down, Coral clutch. And I would wear it to my friend Kim’s annual all white bday party. It would be a stand out.
wearing it on my trip to new york in two weeks!
This white dress is very figure flattering. It has a draped cowl v-neck, which elongates the neck and makes a person look taller. It has a black belt, which adds contrast and defines the waist. I would wear this dress with my black Cole Haan Air Talia Mid Pump shoes. They are great for the winter as they are patent leather shoes and they are in style for the season. The shoes would go along with the dress’ black belt. I would wear an always stylish camel-colored coat with the Ruscha Cowl Belted Dress. The dress is the focus of the outfit and I would add color with red painted nails, pearl earrings, and colorful lucite bangles. I would wear this dress to a Broadway show or eating out at the restaurant, Cafeteria, with friends.
I’d wear this belted, but with a large gold or silver chain type and some skinny strappy heals, not wedges or plats. I think it would be an elegant look with bare tanned legs. Meet my honey for a surprise lunch and maybe take the afternoon off…
Too cute! I love cowl necks! Would rock this with a dark obi belt maybe a little blazer for work and some killer peep toe pumps! Then ditch the blazer, amp with some bagles & long necklace for date night!
